I have a burning sensation on the outside of my backside and under my ? whats do i have?

I've had a burning sentation that is very uncomfortable down stairs and also under the . It will ocionally flare up most of the times it is just the area. I have been to a doctor and got a blood test it has all come up clear and i dont have anything? Can you help to tell me what could be wrong?>..
