I keep zapping people and everything tastes like soap.?

there is this soapy taste in my mouth since two days, it does not go away. And no, I have not ingested, licked, or made love to any soap. Meanwhile I have been through a stressful period (maybe that is related) and I keep electrically zapping any object or person I come across since maybe three days, continually. Strong electrical charges that numb my arms etc. Having watched too many episodes of House M.D., I find myself wondering if I have a very rare condition that will kill me. So to all the geniuses out there: Any ideas if the two conditions are linked? or if they signify anything? My whiskey tastes like soap, and this is the most irritating thing.
