Can anyone help me, I having really bad back pains?

I have been having this back pain for about 2 months now. At first when they came they were not hurting that bad, But now for about the past two weeks i cant sleep, lay down on the front or my backside....It my lower back..I dont know what going on I out REALLY hot towels,and take Really hot baths...
