Hot to save all the programs in my laptop, if I’m going to reformat it?

Is there a way to save the programs that I have in my laptop and be able to re install the after reformat it , because I just don’t like to do it one by one because takes to much time, I’m talking about my fax printer Microsoft office ares virtual dy messenger etc
