Syncing Cell phone contacts using Windows Mobile Device center without Outlook?

I don't have Outlook and in order to sync contacts and such, Microsoft claims I have to Outlook. Active sync cannot be used on vista. Is there any other program that I can use to sync my phone to my computer. I have a blackjack 2 if that helps.
