My period started 2 days before i got an sleepover. HELPPPPP!?

okay. i started my period again( its been two days now) And its only 2 days before a sleepover! and its a lil heavy, well it fills nearly the pad up :/ and even with nighttime ones on at nighttime, the big ones, it still seems to leak on my pj bottoms. And that would be TOTALLY embarring at my friends house. what do i do? shall i wear a tampon thing. But then, what if i needed to change a lot. And put it in there bin? :S i couldn'tt put it in a separate bag and put it in my bag becos.. no, i couldn't. oooh, what do i do? pls HELPPP! x
