How fast will i lose weight?

im a 21 ,5'4 175 lb female. i eat abot 1300 calories a day and about 100 grams of carbs, a little bit more or less a day. i burn off 800-1000 calories a day by hiking for an hour and then going to the gym for an 1 1/12 hours. how fast will i lose weight lke this? i eat healthy , i have one day a week where i spoil myself with a little bit of sweets, but not over doing it, but then i go work itoff anyways, so ow fast will i lose like this?is this diet okay?
