Chest pains when moving?

Just starting today, I have been having a bad feeling in my upper chest. The pain is on the inside and it hurts especially when I move, talk, or breathe deeply. I don't have health insurance so I can't just go to the doctor. What does this sound like? Bronchitis maybe? Please help. =[ and I'm only 19 so I don't think it's a heart attack or anything related to that.
