Alienware says BOOTMRG is missing on startup?

A week ago I spilt coke on my M11x Alienware R2. Ever sense I would get occasional BSOD's when playing Modern Warfare 2, even though after I spilt the coke the laptop was completely fine other than that. But today I turned it on and it says "BOOTMRG is missing. Press any key to restart." and when pressing another key, the message just reappears under the old one. Can anyone help? The laptop has an i5 Quad-Core processor. I dont know what other details I can get on it, sense I got it from a guy on craigslist. It was in perfect codition when I got it and still has 6 months of warranty. Thanks!
