Can two people really be destined to be together?

It depends on what happens whenever they appear in each other's lives, and if they are in one another's thoughts during the times they are apart. Just because you keep bumping into someone does not necessarily mean you are destined to be with them, even Cancer comes and goes. If you are destined to be with someone it will an undeniable feeling shared between the two of you.
