Could my 3 year old daughter be schizophrenic?

trust her for now...you could be driving her to make things up so you will get off of her case...just relax, and consider how you are projecting your fears and acting as if something bad was sure to happen...if you keep it up you will have something happen, your daughter will think she is different from all the other kids.
