How many amps can you creatively connect to a 2 Channel Head Unit?

Headunit is a Pioneer DE-3300UB. I currently have my Subwoofer amplifier connected to it. I want a second amplifier, dedicated to my door speakers. But Since I only have a 2 channel Head Unit, How will this work? Will I have to upgrade to a 4 Channel HU, or can this work somehow?
