I'm annoyed. I did not see the match but it was said Sharapova was booed & loathed at RG. Why & What she did?

Everyone knows about her shriekings and maybe the fourth round was just too much a pressure on her part and the neverending double faults and unforced errors since the tournament began. But do you think the crowd was rude and unjustified by their inhospitable behavior. I always thought of the French crowd as snobbish but not really this bad. Do you think that Wimbledon has the most refined and genteel crowd than all other GS tournaments? Please enlighten
