USA Refinery????

Why is the Government blocking any attempt to consider or allowing oil drilling off the west coast - the gulf coast and in the arctic and block every attempt to update or construct new USA oil refineries? For whatever reason that they have opposed exploration and pumping and new refineries, be it ecological, ideological or simply fear of the left wing slander machine come the next election--" THEY ARE CAUSING REAL HARM TO THEIR OWN PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY." How to gain back control? Russia did it!
